We are certified as „bike-friendly enterprise”.
Perfect starting point
We are both the perfect starting point and stage finish for the three most beautiful bike routes of the Alps: the Inn bike route, the Via Claudia Augusta and the Etsch bike route. But also road bikers and mountain bikers enjoy the various tours.
Criteria
The following criteria have to be fulfilled to get the “bike-friendly enterprise” certification. These points are supervised by an independent authority:
- Storage room for bikes (lockable, with theft insurance)
- Bike rack in front of the hotel
- Marked washing place (water hose, scrubbing brush)
- Cycling/biking info corner with the following information: Journals (e.g. BIKE Magazin, Bike Sports News, Trekking Bike,…)
- Weather infos: latest weather report with 3-5 day forecast
- Small bike repair kit consisting of: pump for all common valves, patch kit incl. tire lever, lubricant and basic tools (set of Allen keys, set of jaw spanner, screwdrivers, star screwdrivers)
- Room where you can wash and dry your bike clothes or wash-and-dry service (can be offered for value)
- Information about the region, tour tips, bike map to download
Varied tours for mountain bikers are fascinating both landscape lovers and extreme bikers searching for an adrenaline rush.
Those who prefer to be in a group, can take part in a guided bike tour.
In our hotel, we have an own bike garage that can be locked, with cleaning equipment, service station and drying room.
